Orders
When live sales begin, an order will be treated as a request to buy the products shown in your checkout. CUTLASS will explain when an order is accepted and provide an order confirmation containing the key details.
Product descriptions, specifications and availability should be checked before ordering. If an obvious listing error is discovered before fulfilment, CUTLASS may need to contact the customer and correct or cancel the affected order.
Pricing
Prices shown at checkout should be the prices charged for the products selected, subject to correction of obvious errors. Delivery charges, if any, should be shown before the customer commits to payment.
The current preview uses placeholder prices and does not accept payment.
Payments
Payment methods and the payment provider will be confirmed before launch. Payment details should be handled by the selected payment provider rather than stored directly by this website unless the final setup specifically requires and secures that processing.
At present, Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are visual placeholders only and cannot be used to submit payment.
Cancellations & Returns
Consumers buying online may have statutory cancellation and return rights. CUTLASS also plans to offer a 30-day goodwill return window for eligible non-faulty products. The final Returns Policy will explain the process, time limits, condition requirements and any lawful exceptions.
Nothing in these draft terms is intended to reduce rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Delivery
Preparation and courier delivery are separate stages. The Shipping page will show the expected preparation process and delivery information before sales go live. Customers will be informed of material delays where reasonably possible.
Products & Care
Exact watch specifications, including movement and water-resistance information, will be listed per model. Customers should follow model-specific care instructions and use the product within its stated ratings.
Liability
Final liability wording must be reviewed for the actual business and insurance setup. These terms will not seek to exclude liability where doing so would be unlawful, or to remove statutory consumer protections.
