Free UK Delivery
CUTLASS is planned to launch with free standard delivery to eligible UK addresses. The exact courier, service level and geographic exclusions, if any, will be confirmed before checkout goes live.
Preparation Time
Preparation is the period before the parcel is handed to the courier. It may include assembly, inspection, cleaning, bracelet or packaging checks and final quality control.
The actual preparation estimate will be displayed before live orders are accepted rather than using an invented timeframe.
Courier Delivery Time
Courier delivery begins after dispatch and is separate from preparation. The expected courier timeframe and service used will be shown before payment once the final fulfilment setup is confirmed.
Tracking & Dispatch
Once dispatched, the planned confirmation email will include a tracking number, tracking link and estimated delivery date where the courier provides one.
Delays
If a meaningful delay occurs, CUTLASS should update the customer using the contact details supplied with the order. Final wording will explain customer options where legal delivery deadlines or agreed dates are missed.
International Delivery
The first launch is planned for UK delivery. If international shipping is added later, the site will explain available countries, shipping charges, likely delivery times and any relevant import taxes or duties before purchase.
