30-Day CUTLASS Return Window
CUTLASS plans to offer a 30-day goodwill return window for eligible non-faulty watches. For that extended policy, the watch should be returned with its included items and in a condition suitable for resale.
This planned 30-day policy sits alongside statutory rights. The final wording will be checked before live sales so it accurately reflects UK consumer law and the actual fulfilment process.
Your Statutory Rights
Online purchases can carry statutory cancellation rights, and faulty goods have separate legal protections. Those rights cannot simply be replaced by a store’s goodwill return policy.
Before launch, CUTLASS will publish the exact cancellation instructions, required notices, refund timing and any lawful exceptions that apply to the products sold.
Condition of Returned Items
For the additional 30-day goodwill policy, CUTLASS intends to require non-faulty items to be returned unworn, with supplied accessories and packaging, and without avoidable damage.
Any final condition rules will be written so they do not improperly restrict statutory rights, including the level of handling permitted when a customer is legally entitled to inspect an online purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If a watch arrives faulty, damaged or materially different from what was ordered, contact CUTLASS promptly with the order number and details of the issue. Fault-related remedies are separate from a simple change-of-mind return.
How a Return Will Work
The launch version will explain how to request a return, where to send the item, whether a return label is supplied, who pays eligible return postage, and how tracking should be retained.
Do not send products to any placeholder address shown on this preview site.
Refunds
The final policy will state how and when eligible refunds are issued and how original delivery charges are handled where the law requires it. Refunds will normally be made back to the original payment method unless a lawful alternative is agreed.
